Mix one levelled scoop (10g) in a tablespoon of yoghurt before breakfast. Take daily.

Customs information
In most countries, import taxes and duties will be imposed on customers with order values exceeding $1,000. Please note that this varies from country to country, and it is the consumer's responsibility to pay for any relevant import taxes and duties.
No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes or duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the taxes or duties likely to be charged before placing your order.

Delivery
Please ensure someone will be available to receive or collect your order if you receive a card to collect/call. If your order is returned to us, we cannot resend products free of charge outside of New Zealand, and you will incur another delivery charge.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please note, however, the tracking link will only activate when your order clears customs in your country, which is usually 3-5 business days days after your order is placed.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on shipping zone, weight, and/or volume.
Shipping rates may vary during promotion time. We will display the updated shipping rates on our website.

Shipping Times:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Domestic Orders: Domestic orders are shipped using NZ Post. These parcels usually arrive within 2-3 days of processing.

International Orders: International orders are shipped using DHL. These parcels usually arrive within 5-7 days of processing.

If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded using your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
